Shipping policy

1. Processing time

1) Normally, Order processing begins after payment, and your items will be ready for shipment within 2 business days. Please note that during holidays or weekends, there may be a slight delay.

2) For some tools with TESLA brand labels, the warehouse workers may hide the labels/stickers in the packing boxes. If you don't find the sticker, please contact Teswing online customer service for help.

3) Teswing is currently shipped using express or special shipping lines, the current average shipping time to the world in about 10-15 business days (wheels, steering wheels and other custom products to customer service to inform you of the time shall prevail)

2. Shipping cost

1) Free shipping worldwide for orders over $100 USD. (Our customer service may contact you to make up a small portion of the shipping cost for areas such as Puerto Rico islands)

2) For orders under $100, the shipping cost depends on the weight, size (volume weight), delivery area and shipping company, please contact our online customer service for details.

3) Here is a list of specific countries we can deliver to.

3. Shipping cost selection

1) Express delivery. DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT Express

2) Standard shipping. EMS, China Post, Hong Kong Post, Singapore Post, Registered Mail, etc. Please note.
          1. When you choose express or standard shipping, Teswing will choose the most suitable shipping method.
          2. If you have any request for a specific shipping method, please leave a note in your order.
          3. After completing your order, you will receive an email requiring you to confirm the shipping method and tariff value, please keep the email from Teswing in your whitelist.
          4. Once the package is shipped, Teswing will update the tracking number on the website and you will receive an email directly with the tracking number.

4. Important Notes

1) Goods not subject to customs duties

For some EU countries, such as UK, France, Italy, Germany, etc. We may choose some duty-free channels for shipping. The shipping declaration value we will write lower than the actual value.

Registered mail: 7-15 business days

2) EMS shipping

For Russia, Brazil and other countries, Teswing can directly choose EMS as the default shipping method. If you choose express shipping or have special requirements, we will inform you by email.

Normally, most of the items on our website can be shipped to most countries in the world. However, different shipping methods may have different restrictions on delivery locations. For example, so far only EMS is available for Russia, but other shipping methods such as DHL, UPS cannot reach Russia. In this case, our customer service staff will give you some guidance.

3) Customs duties

When buying goods from other countries, it is the responsibility of every buyer to pay customs duties.

Some countries may require a tax ID for shipment and in order to pass through customs in these countries you must add the customer's tax ID to the shipping label.

4) Phone number

Please make sure that you provide the correct phone number along with your shipping address as this is very important for delivery. The shipping company needs it to inform you that your items have arrived at your final address.

We hope it will arrive on time, but since this is an international delivery, shipping times will be highly dependent on the courier and local customs/duties.
