You cannot just lift a Tesla without protecting the underside of the car. On Model 3 and Model Y, there are only four locations suitable for lifting with a jack. Without an adapter, you risk scratching the underside of the vehicle or even damaging the battery tray or frame.

If you have two jacks, you can lift one side of your Model 3/Y/S/X, making it easy to switch the front and rear tires. With four jacks, you can lift the entire vehicle, and with one jack, you can change each wheel individually.
Many people wonder why they need these jack-point adapters for their Model 3/Y/S/X. Here are the three most common reasons:

  3. If you get a flat tire, most tow truck companies don't have Tesla Jack Point Adapters, so they could damage your battery tray when lifting your car to change the tire.

Return Period:

Costs:

- All non-defective or undamaged products will incur a 15% restocking fee, and shipping costs will be borne by the buyer (except where prohibited by law).
- Damaged or quality-issue products will not incur a restocking fee.

Damage and Incorrect Shipment:

We recommend that you check the contents of your order immediately upon receipt. If you find that the goods are defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong items, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and correct it as soon as possible. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that you are 100% satisfied.

Upon verification, if the product you received is damaged or has quality issues before use, we will negotiate with you about reshipping or refunding. Of course, all related shipping costs will be covered by Teswing, so you can rest assured about this.

Refunds (if applicable):

Upon the return of the goods to our warehouse, they will be inspected, and you will be notified of the review results. We will issue a refund using the same payment method as your original payment.
