- Returns for products beyond the 30-day period cannot be processed unless there are quality issues.
- For products not purchased directly through the Teswing online store, please contact the retailer for refunds.

Costs:

- All non-defective or undamaged products will incur a 15% restocking fee, and shipping costs will be borne by the buyer (except where prohibited by law).
- Damaged or quality-issue products will not incur a restocking fee.

If you find that the goods are defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong items, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and correct it as soon as possible. Upon verification, if the product you received is damaged or has quality issues before use, we will negotiate with you about reshipping or refunding. Of course, all related shipping costs will be covered by Teswing, so you can rest assured about this.

Refunds (if applicable):

Upon the return of the goods to our warehouse, they will be inspected, and you will be notified of the review results. We will issue a refund using the same payment method as your original payment.
