Return Period:

- We offer a 30-day return service, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving the product to request a refund.

Special Cases:

- Please note that customized products are not eligible for returns unless there are quality issues.
- Returns for products beyond the 30-day period cannot be processed unless there are quality issues.
- For products not purchased directly through the Teswing online store, please contact the retailer for refunds.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
1. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.
2. The product must not be worn or used.
3. The product must have its original tags and packaging.
4. You need to provide a purchase receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

If you wish to initiate a return request, please contact us via email ( support@teswing.com) or use our real-time chat. If your return request is accepted, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the item and where to send the package.

Costs:

- All non-defective or undamaged products will incur a 15% restocking fee, and shipping costs will be borne by the buyer (except where prohibited by law).
- Damaged or quality-issue products will not incur a restocking fee.

Damage and Incorrect Shipment:

We recommend that you check the contents of your order immediately upon receipt. If you find that the goods are defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong items, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and correct it as soon as possible. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that you are 100% satisfied.

Upon verification, if the product you received is damaged or has quality issues before use, we will negotiate with you about reshipping or refunding. Of course, all related shipping costs will be covered by Teswing, so you can rest assured about this.

Refunds (if applicable):

Upon the return of the goods to our warehouse, they will be inspected, and you will be notified of the review results. We will issue a refund using the same payment method as your original payment.
