Costs:
- All non-defective or undamaged products will incur a 15% restocking fee, and shipping costs will be borne by the buyer (except where prohibited by law).
- Damaged or quality-issue products will not incur a restocking fee.

We recommend that you check the contents of your order immediately upon receipt. If you find that the goods are defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong items, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and correct it as soon as possible. Refunds (if applicable):
Upon the return of the goods to our warehouse, they will be inspected, and you will be notified of the review results. We will issue a refund using the same payment method as your original payment.
